ALVA, Okla. – On Thursday, Northwestern Oklahoma State will be taking on Arkansas-Monticello in the season opener in Monticello, Ark. where the Weevils lead the series 2-1.

This Thursday's contest will mark the sixth meeting of the two Great American Conference foes with UAM holding an overall 3-2 series record.
