ALVA, Okla. -- The Northwestern Oklahoma State football team is looking for their first win of the young 2017 season as they host Arkansas-Monticello this weekend for the first home game of the year.

Over the past three seasons, the Rangers have been victorious against UAM, and are looking to make it four.

Last week was a heart breaker as it came down to the final seconds for the Tigers to down the Rangers, but it was a battle to the bitter end and with the Boll Weevils coming to town, Northwestern is looking to make a statement.
