Had a good freshman season where he played in eight games where he caught six passes for 77 yards, good enough for a 25.67 yards per catch as his longest reception was 57 yards. He also returned some kicks too with seven for 113 total yards.

High School
Attended Pottsboro High School in Pottsboro, Texas...Helped lead the Cardinals to the fourth round of the playoffs under coach Poe...Named District MVP and selected first team All-State as a Kick Returner...Named the 2017 All Texomaland Male Athlete of the Year... Won the gold medal at the 2017 Texas High School State Track Championship in the 4X4 relay.
