Ranked third on the squad with a .340 batting average to go with 10 doubles, two triples, a pair of homers and 23 RBI... Showed great plate discipline, drawing 20 walks (second most on the team)... In just his ninth collegiate contest, tied a school record for hits in a game, going 5 for 5 with three doubles and a homerun in a win a No. 4 Southern Arkansas... Continued the trend of big games against big competition, finishing 4 for 6 in an April 5 battle against No. 18 Arkansas Tech... Drove in a season-high five runs in an April 15 win at Newman (Kan.)....
