Damon Kepley has been a member of the Northwestern Oklahoma State University football staff since 2022, serving as the tight ends coach. A former standout on the offensive line, he played for the NWOSU from 2019 to 2022, where he earned a reputation for toughness, leadership, and a strong understanding of the game.

Since transitioning to the coaching staff, Coach Kepley has brought the same work ethic and dedication that defined his playing career, helping develop the tight end group into a reliable and versatile unit. His firsthand knowledge of NWOSU's program and culture has made him an invaluable asset to both players and fellow coaches.

Kepley coached Third Team All-GAC Tight End Mark Zamora after a monster 2024 season.
