Deandre Wynn is heading into his fourth season as the running backs coach and he has done a tremendous job in progressing the position as the talent pool has steadily built up and made a giant leap in 2017 where the team as a whole finished third in overall rushing yards, after 2016's year where they finished 11th overall in the league.
DeAndre Wynn is from Cedar Hill, Tx, and played for Cedar Hill High School earning first team all-district honors as an Defensive End.
In 2010 he was part of the team that won a conference championship here at Northwestern.
The following year he saw valuable time as a member of the NWOSU Black Cloud D-Line and made the CSFL academic all-conference team as well.
In the year 2014, DeAndre put up his pads & started his coaching career as the Quarterback Coach at his Alma Meter.
DeAndre is entering his second year coaching the Running Back position and holding a position as the Co-Recruiting Coordinator. DeAndre is also working on his Master’s in Sports Administration.
