Dominic Hogan serves as the Recruiting Coordinator and Head Defensive Line Coach. Hogan will be entering his first season with Northwestern in the fall of 2025 after being hired in January of 2025.

Before coming to Northwestern Hogan served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator and Head Defensive Line Coach at Minnesota West Community and Technical College. During Hogan’s one season as a Bluejay he helped turn around a 0-8 program into 8-0 while also being ranked second in the nation and had the greatest statistical season in program history. Hogan had 2 All-Conference selections from his defensive line and doubled their sack count from the previous year.

Hogan is from Madison, Wisconsin and attended Lakeland University where he played a Hybrid Outside Linebacker Position and Wrestled Heavyweight for the Muskies. Hogan also obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and leadership and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Administration as a student at Northwestern.
