Biography

2018 (JUNIOR)
Had a great junior campaign where she appeared in 33 total contests and led the team in wins this season with nine. She tossed 18 complete games with one shutout. She also led the squad with 169.2 innings pitched, totaling 76 strikeouts in the process. Not only did she lead the team in wins, but also in ERA with a solid 3.88.

2017 (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in 30 games a year ago and started in 27 of those contests. She held the second best ERA on the team at 5.09. She ended up with 14 complete games, the most on the squad and pitched 161 total innings. On the season she struck out 123 batters, tying her with Madison Garza for the lead on the team and 7th overall in the GAC.

2016 (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in 36 total games for Northwestern in her first season with the Rangers, making 15 total starts in the circle as well...Murray posted five overall wins and threw a total of 94.1 innings in her first campaign with the black-and-red also...She finished second on the team in strikeouts with 71, pitched four complete games, and recorded one save as well.

Previous School
Attended Southwestern Christian University for one semester prior to arriving here at Northwestern where she was a pitcher and infielder.

High School
Attended Hinton High School where she lettered all four years in attendance in softball...Murray saw time on the field as both a pitcher and at first and third-base...She was also a member of the 2014 State Championship team and a member of the National Honor Society.

Born in El Reno, Okla. on March 3, 1997...Daughter of Tracy and RG Murray...Has one sibling, Kaleb (24)...Majoring in Health and Sports Science while attending Northwestern Oklahoma State...Aspires to be a teacher and a coach after earning her degree.
