2015-16 (Junior): Appeared in 26 games for the Rangers starting 25...Averaged 18.0 points/game and 12 steals...Finished 4th overall in the GAC in points (472) and 4th in rebounds (209)...Named GAC All-Second Team and January Athlete of the Month for Northwestern
2014-15 (Sophmore):
Appeared and started in 22 total games for Northwestern this season...Finished third overall on the team in points/game with 11.3 and totaled 249 points on the year...Motley led the Rangers in average rebounds/game with 7.4 and was able to pull down 162 total boards...Adrian would finish 25th overall in the GAC in points/game and 8th overall in average rebounds/game...Finished the season with four total double-doubles and scored a career high 22 points on November 15 against Central Oklahoma.
2013-14 (Freshman):
Became only the second Ranger freshman in the past 26 years to average in double-figures scoring, finishing the year at 10.3 points per game… Ranked second among all Great American Conference freshmen in scoring average and ranked 27th overall… Was the GAC’s top freshman rebounder at 5.7 per game and checked in 14th overall… Started 23 of the 26 games, averaging 29.0 minutes… Finished with 10+ points a total of 17 times… Was the team’s leading scorer in five different games… Went for 20 points in just his second career game against Cameron on Nov. 13, becoming only the second freshman to hit the mark in seven seasons under head coach Andrew Brown… Was perfect from the field (6-for-6) in a 16 points game at Colorado School of Mines… Recorded a pair of double-digit rebound performances, including 13 in an overtime win over Southwestern Oklahoma State on Feb. 27… Finished with double-doubles in two contests: Nov. 30 at Regis (17 pts, 11 reb) and Feb. 27 vs. Southwestern (14 pts, 13 reb.)
2012-13 (REDSHIRT)
Practiced with the team but did not see game action.
HIGH SCHOOL
A unanimous selection for First Team All-District at Humble High School... Averaged 11 points, five rebounds and 1.5 steals per game... The Texas native shot 52 percent from the field and hit 38 percent of his three-pointers during his senior season... Was named the District 18 Defensive Player of the Year and led his team to the 4A playoffs.
