Welch played left field at Coffeyville Community College and earned Second Team All-District Outfielder.

Graduated in 2017 from Caney Valley High School in Ramona, OK... Welch played infield, outfield and pitched for the Trojans under Coach Brian Gardner... She led her team throughout playoffs and earned All Region First Team Middle Infielder... She competed in Track and was the 2A High Jump State Champion.
