Posted a time of 23:34.50 in his first ever event as a Ranger during the 6k - UCO Land Run...Recorded a personal best during the Fort Hays State Tiger Open on Oct. 18 as he finished with a time of 28:04.60...Placed 38th with a time of 29:08.5 at the GAC Championships

HIGH SCHOOL
A four-time state qualifier and three-time state placer in cross country… Won an individual regional championship in 2013 and finished as Oklahoma Class 2A State Runner-Up… Led Tonkawa to a Class 2A team state title in 2012… Helped the Buccaneers to regional team titles in 2010 and 2012 and regional runner-up finishes in 2011 and 2013… Reached the state meet four times on the track… Ran a leg on Buccaneers’ state champion 4x800 relay in 2014 and took fifth in the open 800… Personal best 5K time is 16:59… Was also a standout wrestler, qualifying three times for state and placing twice… Was state runner-up as a senior in 2014 in the 132 pound division… Helped Tonkawa to state runner-up finishes in both 2013 and 2014… Coached by Kurt Kirtley…
