2017 (JUNIOR)
She established herself as the ace of the pitching staff with a team-leading ERA of 4.95. Garza produced a team high nine wins on the year and finished the year tied with for 7^th place in the conference with 123 strikeouts. Her best outing of the season came by way of a no hitter on March, 17 against Arkansas Monticello. Garza retired all but two batters during the contest while striking out six hitters along the way. That no-hitter is the first no-no tossed by a Ranger pitcher in the NCAA Division II era.

2016 (SOPHOMORE)
Appeared in 45 total games in the circle for the Rangers in her first season for the black-and-red while making 25 total starts on the year...Threw eight total complete games, one being a shutout, in her five wins for Northwestern...Garza led the team in total innings pitched with 154.0 and led the Rangers in strikeouts with 82.

Previous School
Attended the University of Houston - Victoria in Victoria, Texas from 2014-2015...Saw time on the field as a pitcher and was named Second-Team All-Conference along with being selected to the AII 2015 Softball All-Tournament Team...Also selected to the Deans List for academic achievement during her time there.

High School
Attended Industrial High School where she earned numerous accolades on the field both individual and team...Garza was apart of a program that was District, and Area champions, along with Regional Qualifiers for four straight years...Madison earned multiple individual awards that included 2011 First-Team All-District Pitcher, 2011 Newcomer of the year, 2012 First-Team All-District Pitcher, Victoria Advocate All-Area Co-Pitcher of the Year, Co-Cobra MVP, 2013 Defensive Player of the Year, Victoria Advocate All-Area Pitcher of the Year, Cobra MVP, 2014 District MVP, Victoria Advocate All-Area MVP, Cobra MVP, Second-Team Texas Girls Coaches Association Selection, and Alternate Selection to the Texas State All-Star Team.
