2014-15 (FRESHMAN): She wasn't known for her scoring during her first year as a Ranger, but was a big difference maker on the defensive side of the ball, collecting 40 steals this year, good enough for second on the team. She also collected an average of 2.2 assists per contest, giving her a 1.9 assist to turnover ratio, the best ratio in the GAC. She also played in just over 22 minutes a game, fourth most on the Ranger team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Westview High School where she was part of a program that reached the state quarterfinals her junior year and followed that up with an appearance in the championship game her senior year. Contreras earned multiple accolades during her time at Westview including Second Team All-State, First Team All-Division, First Team All-Section Four, Section Four Player of the Year, and Four Time Defensive MVP.

PERSONAL: Born October 10, 1995 in Phoenix, AZ…Daughter of Lisa and Anthony Contreras…Has two younger siblings, Anthony (15) and Santino (13)…Both Lisa and Anthony Contreras played basketball at Western New Mexico University…Majoring in Physical Education
