Jacob Wiltshire steps into a coaching role as a Graduate Assistant after finishing a successful collegiate career at Northwestern. A versatile athlete, Wiltshire started 49 games at shortstop in 2024 and was named to the GAC Gold Glove Team for his stellar defensive play. In 2025, he transitioned to the mound, making seven starts and recording 36 strikeouts over 34 innings. Wiltshire was also recognized for his academic achievements, posting a 3.90 GPA in his senior year and earning All-Academic honors. Prior to Northwestern, he played at New Mexico State and Cochise Junior College.
