ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State Women's Soccer was taken down by Great American Conference foe Ouachita Baptist Thursday evening by a final score of 4-0.

Individual Leaders
  • Alyssa Williams led the black-and-red with three total shot attempts on the night. 
  • Goalkeeper Briana Legaspi finished the evening with four total saves in the match. 
  • Cydni Phelps and Williams each concluded the game with two shots on goal apiece. 

     
Game Changer
  • Ouachita was able to come out of the gate fast in this contest as they would net their first goal of the evening early on at the 8:37 mark.  
  • The Tigers went on to build their lead in the second half of play as they would score a total of three goals, two of which came within minutes of each other late in the match to seal the victory at 4-0.

 
News & Notes
  • Freshman Jordan Gomes has at least one shot on goal in her last four out of five matches. 
  • Northwestern still holds a winning record at their home field at 2-1 overall at the Alva Rec Complex.
