ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State Volleyball was defeated by Great American Conference foe Oklahoma Baptist Saturday afternoon by a final score of 3-0 (25-9, 25-18, 26-24).

Individual Leaders

Lachelle Purrier led the Rangers in overall kills with seven total.
Nora To'omalatai aided the defensive effort with 12 digs.
Maggie Ireton and Hannah Williams each recorded one total block.
Kaydee Yukawa would lead the black-and-red in total assists on the day with 17.

Game Changer

The opening set was all Oklahoma Baptist as the Bison took down the Rangers by a set one score of 25-9.
Northwestern battled fierce late in set number two but Oklahoma Baptist was able to hang on and hold the lead over the Rangers throughout the entire set.
The black-and-red showed signs of dominance in set number three as they would lead as much as 12-3 early on in the set. The Bison unfortunately was able to storm back in the very end to claim the set at 26-24 and the match.

Northwestern Oklahoma State Volleyball will be back in action Friday, Nov. 6 as they head to Durant, Okla. to take on the Savage Storm of Southeastern Oklahoma State at 6 p.m.
