ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State Volleyball was defeated by arch rival Southwestern Oklahoma State by a final score of 3-2 (22-25, 25-16, 19-25, 25-19, 11-15).

Individual Leaders

• Asia Pipkin led the Rangers total kills with 16 in the match.
• Korina Lillard aided the defensive effort with 22 digs and Asia Pipkin contributed 18 as well.
• Ashanti Banks added three total blocks on the Northwestern defensive side of the ball.
• Vanessa Maile would lead the black-and-red in total assists on the day with 35 and Kaydee Yukawa  added 28 assists of her own.
   

Game Changer

• Set 2 saw the Rangers rattle off four straight points to claim a commanding 23-12 lead over the Bulldogs. Northwestern would go on to claim the set by a score of 25-16.
• Southwestern silenced all momentum in set five as the Bulldogs jumped out to an early 3-2 lead which forced a Ranger timeout. The Bulldogs would claim the set and the match by a final score of 15-11.
