KEARNEY, Neb. - Northwestern Oklahoma State was taken down by non-conference opponent Sioux Falls in their first match-up of the day by a score of 3-1 (25-15, 25-22, 26-24, 25-22) in the opening contest of the New Victorian Inn & Suites/Runza Suites Fall Classic.

Individual Leaders

• Ashanti Banks led the Rangers with 13 kills.
• Natalie Fahey, Carley Geer, Asia Pipkin lead the Rangers with one ace a piece.
• Kaydee Yukawa and Cassidy Hackett led the Rangers with 25 and 24 assists respectively.
• Carly Geer also lead the Rangers with 22 digs.

Game Changer

• The Rangers took set two from the Cougars by a score of 26-24 after rallying from a 22-24 score. 
• Despite the final score, the Rangers led in kills with 58 and 56 assists.

KEARNEY, Neb. - Northwestern Oklahoma State volleyball fell to University of Mary in their final match of the day of the tournament by a score of 3-2 (25-22,25-21,25-22,25-21,16-14). 

Individual Leaders

• Nora To'omalatai led the Rangers with 12 kills, followed by Asia Pipkin (11) and Natalie Fahey (10).
• Natalie Fahey also led the Rangers in Aces with four.
• Maggie Ireton led the team in blocks with six.

Game Changer

• Northwestern gained momentum in set three against the Marauders as they went on a 4-0 run late in the set.
• The Rangers rallied from 14-17 to go on a run and eventually take set four. 
• The Marauders went on a run of their own in set four as they scored four unanswered points.
