The Rangers were able to secure a come from behind victory over the Jets of Newman University after being down 1-0 heading into the second half. Northwestern found an equalizer midway through the second half on a Kelsey Leveling chip shot to put the score at 1-1. Freshman Jordan Gomes found her first goal of the season as well which proved to be the game winner on a headed ball into the top right corner of the net, to push the black-and-red past the Jets to a 2-1 win.
