SHAWNEE, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State was taken down by Great American Conference opponent Oklahoma Baptist Thursday evening by a final score of 77-51.


Individual Leaders
  • Leading the offensive attack for the Rangers was Relina Johnson who finished the evening with 14 total points on 6-10 shooting from the field. 
  • Kamera Bozeman also put in a solid performance as she scored in double figures with 11 points. 
  • Kaci Hansen and Bozeman each lead the black-and-red on the glass with four rebounds each.
     
Game Changer
  • OBU started the game off strong as the Bison went on a 7-0 run to open up the first quarter. The home team also went on a 12-3 run to end the opening half as they led Northwestern 40-28.
  • Oklahoma Baptist continued to ride their momentum into the second half and throughout the rest of the match-up and did not let up as the game went on. The Bison finished off the contest on the winning side by a final score of 77-51.
