RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -  After falling on Thursday evening to Harding, Saturday afternoon was a completely different story when they headed to Russellville to take on the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys and dismantled the home team in a 86-70 contest.

Individual Leaders

• Five Rangers were in double figures on the afternoon as Adrian Motley, T'aries Taylor, Brandon Green, Austin Klug and Deiondray Martin all had big days and were instrumental in the victory today.
• Motley led the visitors in scoring with 18, while having another banner day from the charity stripe, knocking down all 10 free shots.
• Taylor was next in the points department, putting up a 17 in 31 minutes of play. He was also perfect from the stripe, going five-for-five. 
• Green and Klug each netted 12 points in the game, while Martin also contributed 11 in his 15 minutes of playing time.

Game Changer

• A big game changer for Northwestern was the points off turnovers as they were dominant in that department, outscoring the Wonder Boys 28-6.
• The Ranger bench also did well, outscoring ATU by seven, 25-18.
• In the last 3:03 in the first half, Northwestern went on a 9-0 run to tie it up at 37 a piece.
• The run continued into the second half as the Rangers went on a 15-2 tear in just five and half minutes, setting the pace for the rest of the game.

News and Notes

• Northwestern hasn't won a contest over Arkansas tech since 1971 when the Rangers won by 10, 89-79.

Up Next

• Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's basketball will come back home next week to take on Southern Arkansas and Arkansas-Monticello, with Thursday being the White Out game against the Muleriders and Hall of Fame day on Saturday when the Rangers will play the Weevils.
