ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State was taken down by Great American Conference foe, the Tigers of Ouachita Baptist, by a final score of 73-60 Thursday evening.

Individual Leaders

Kamera Bozeman led the Rangers in overall scoring on the night with 12 total points. Bozeman also led Northwestern in total rebounds as she was able to pull down eight boards.
Ashley Pride and Micaela Yu each scored in double figures Thursday evening as well with 10 points.
Pride also finished with four total rebounds and led the Rangers in assists with six.

Game Changer

The opening quarter saw the Rangers and Tigers in a tight battle as each would fight for the advantage to open the contest. After leading by just one point in the first quarter, Ouachita Baptist opened up their scoring margin against Northwestern and would lead 38-29 at the half.
The black-and-red made a solid effort in the third quarter of play as they were able to close the gap down to just a seven point deficit at 54-47. Ouachita Baptist was unfortunately able to pull away late in the fourth quarter to take the conference match-up by a final score of 73-60.
