ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State was taken down Great American Conference adversary, the Reddies of Henderson State, by a final score of 82-64 Saturday afternoon. 


Individual Leaders
  • Leading the way offensively for the black-and-red was guard Ashley Pride who finished with 12 total points in the match-up. Pride also led the Rangers in assists with four.
  • Jaylan Robinson was able to finish in double figures as well with 10 total points. 
  • Kamera Bozeman was a force on the glass for Northwestern as she pulled down 11 total boards, 10 of which were defensive rebounds. Bozeman also racked up three blocks on the day as well. 
     
Game Changer
  • Northwestern was able to control the momentum early on in this contest as they would put together multiple successful trips to the basket in the opening quarter to hold an 18-15 lead over Henderson State. The Reddies however came roaring back in the second quarter as they went on a 20-6 run throughout the period to give the visitors a 35-24 advantage at the half.
  • Henderson State carried that momentum into the second half as well as the Reddies took control of the game from there on out and finished off the home team by a final score of 82-64.
