RANGER MIDWEEK GAME AT NSU CHANGED TO WEDNESDAY

ALVA, Okla. – The most recent winter weather that swept across Oklahoma has forced a change in the Northwestern Oklahoma State University baseball schedule for the midweek at Northeastern State.

Northwestern (10-7) will now travel to take on NSU (2-15) in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday at 1 p.m.

It will be a great opportunity for the Rangers to get back on track following a tough stretch against the top two preseason picks in the Great American Conference, Oklahoma Baptist and Southern Nazarene. The Rangers won the first matchup of the season against the Riverhawks, 11-2.

Northwestern's next conference series is set to begin Friday at Arkansas-Monticello. The single nine-inning game is scheduled for 2 p.m., followed by a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 1 p.m.
