ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Baseball first baseman Dylan Bradford has earned an accolade Wednesday afternoon being selected to the NCBWA All-Central region first team. The NCBWA is the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association who made the selection for the teams.
Bradford helped the Rangers to a 30 win season for the first team in the Division II era and the first since 2012. Bradford was on the Great American Conference first team for first baseman.
He finished the season with a.380 batting average and a .491 on base percentage. Bradford had a total of 22 extra base hits with 16 doubles and three each of triples and home runs. Bradford stole a team high 13 bases on the year.
He ranked in the top 10 in the conference in batting average (8th), On base percentage (4th), runs scored (4th), hits (7th), doubles (5th), triples (2nd), and stolen bases (8th).
Bradford becomes the first Ranger to make the NCBWA central region team since 2021 when Blake Hoffman and Marques Paige earned the honor. He is the sixth overall player to earn All-Region.
