The Bisons answered with a run in the bottom of the inning to cut the Ranger lead to 5-2. The score remained that way into the top of the sixth inning when the Rangers extended the lead.

A Trevor Saire and Chad Green back to back hits setup second and third nobody out as Colby Grace hit a sacrifice fly to right field to push across a run and a 6-2 lead.

However Harding struck in the sixth inning when they answered back with five runs as Doyle hit an RBI single before back to back sacrifices led to a tie 6-6 game. Harding scored one more on an RBI single for the 7-6 lead.
