ALVA, OKLAHOMA - The Great American Conference has announced their annual preseason coaches poll rankings on Tuesday afternoon. Northwestern Oklahoma State is tied for 5th in the conference selected by the coaches.

Ouachita Baptist leads the conference with 32 points with three first place votes tied for the most in the conference with Oklahoma Baptist also with three. The Bison are second overall in points with 31 ahead of Southern Nazarene comes in with 27 with the final first place vote to round out the top three. 

Southwestern Oklahoma State is fourth with 19 points just ahead of Harding and Northwestern who are tied for fifth with 16 points each. East Central is in the final spot with six total from the coaches. 

The Rangers first regular season match is on the road against Wayne State College in Nebraska. The first home match is scheduled for September 15th against Northeastern State University.
