HAYS, KANSAS - Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's Golf concluded the final tournament before the Great American Conference tournament. The Rangers were in Hays, Kansas for the FHSU Tiger Classic hosted by Fort Hays State.

The Rangers placed 15th overall in the tournament with a total of 907 (296-312-299). Overall, the leader was Central Oklahoma with a total of 850 (279-289-282).

As a team the Rangers finished with 17 total birdies through the tournament with adding 155 total pars between the two days. 

Mathieu Zerwin led the way for the Rangers in the tournament placing 41st overall with a total of 224 (73-77-74) having a best round in the first round at 73. In the three rounds Zerwin finished with seven total birdies which ranked 30th in the tournament. He finished with 29 pars in the three rounds. 

Second for the Rangers was Pierce Geminden, who placed 56th overall in the tournament. He finished with a 226 in the tournament with three rounds of 73-79-74. Geminden was second in the tournament for most pars, finishing with a total of 38 in the invitational. He had three birdies in the tournament. 

Caden Holmes finished with a 232 in the tournament with a final three rounds of 75-81-76. Holmes placed 76th overall in the field, after Holmes finished with three birdies, and a total of 44 pars for the invitational. 

Next for Northwestern is Alex Chenard, who placed 82nd overall in the tournament with a final total of 234 (82-77-75). Chenard finished with 30 pars in the tournament with one birdie. 

Max Courange placed 86th overall in the tournament after finishing with a total of 237, with round scores of 75-79-83. Courange has a total of three birdies in the tournament while adding  28 pars in the tournament. 

The Rangers will compete in the Great American Conference golf tournament for the final tournament of the season on April 21st-23rd.
