ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State pitcher Logan Sandoval was named the Great American Conference pitcher of the week for week 11 of the season following his performance in the 7-2 victory over Henderson State last Saturday.

He pitched all nine innings for his fifth complete game of the season and threw 122 pitches while only allowing two runs and four hits while striking out a season-high eight batters for his seventh win of the season.

The Rangers will be back in action on April 14, when they take on Southern Nazarene at David Allen Memorial Ballpark in Enid at 7 p.m.
