Outfield Irrigation System Up and Running at Myers Stadium

ALVA, Okla. – This past weekend was a big one for the Northwestern Oklahoma State baseball team as there was an irrigation system put in the outfield of Myers Stadium.

A couple of Ranger alums in JJ Lane and Jim Lancaster of Double J Systems, LLC were the two to install the much needed system for the Rangers.

"I know I can speak on behalf of our program and grounds crew, headed by Dr. Dick Kaiser, in saying that we feel very fortunate to be able to have our new outfield irrigation system," said Head Baseball Coach Sam Carel.   "This project would not have been a reality without the generosity of the Dugout Club, and a tremendous dedication of time and talent by Ranger baseball alums, JJ Lane and Jim Lancaster.  Due to their efforts we are able to continue the process of advancing this program forward, as well as, continuing to add pieces to the best collegiate baseball stadium in the state of Oklahoma."
