Men's Golf Concludes Fall Season

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -  Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's Golf concluded their fall season with the Tulsa Cup on Tuesday afternoon. The Rangers finished in sixteenth in the tournament after a 327 in round before improving by 10 shots for a 317 totaling a 644 for the tournament. The Rangers had one golfer place in the top 50 of the tournament in Keenan Hofstad.

Hofstad was the leader for the Rangers shooting a 155 total after a 76 in the opening round before a 79 in day two placing 41st overall. The Ranger had two birdies on the second round on holes 9 and 11 with three on the opening round. 

Ryder Heuston was the second Ranger improving by five shots in round two following an 81 in day one he used three birdies to improve to an 76 for a total of 157 for the tournament. Cade Seymour was tied for 76 in the tournament with a final score of 163. He would improve on round two by seven shots brining his round to a 78 following two birdies on the back nine on holes three and four.

Max Garza was fourth for Northwestern tying for 84th in the tournament shooting an 85 in day one and an 84 in round two totaling 169 for the tournament. Zac Caldwell placed 87th for the Rangers shooting an 86 on both rounds in the Tulsa Cup for a total of 172.

Northwestern's ten shot improvement in round two moved the Rangers up a spot in the second round before finishing 16th. The top three in the tournament were Northeastern State, followed by Southwestern Oklahoma State, and Henderson State.
