ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's and Women Cross Country closed out their season with the Great American Conference Championships and NCAA Championship Regional Meet.
The Rangers had several runners take home accolades from the season for the Great American Conference.
Starting with the academic awards Men's Cross Country finished with two runners on the Cross Country Academic Honor Roll in Johnathan Ylitato and Zachary Cox earned all conference for the honor roll.
On the Women's Side the Rangers had two in Addie Hoeme and Katelynn Dahn earned the same awards on the Academic Honor Roll side.
James Fincher and Christian Franklin were the two best runners in the conference meet for the Rangers and were awarded for their performance. Both individuals placed inside the top 20 of the meet as Fincher ran for 16th place with a time of 26:19.8 that won him a spot on the Great American Conference All- Second Team.
Christian Franklin ran a 26:37.6 running in 19th place overall, winning him a spot on the all second-team with Fincher this season.
