MONTICELLO, Ark. – Northwestern Oklahoma State men's cross country team competed at the Great American Conference championship this Saturday morning in Monticello, Arkansas. The team scored 162 points and finished the race sixth, followed by Southern Nazarene and Arkansas-Monticello.
Riley Herndon finished the race first for The Rangers with a time of 25:35, followed by
Kabelo Maja with 25:38.
Alan Lares was not too far from the leaders by finishing the race with a time of 26:22. The next fastest was
Coy Bullard with 26:31.
Andrew Scott finished at 26:36,
Jordan Pierce at 26:40 and
Edward Robledo-Gonzalez at 26:42.
Bullard,
Kaleb Madden and Robledo-Gonzalez were named on The 2025 GAC Men's Cross Country Academic Honor Roll.
The Rangers will be traveling to Joplin, Missouri on Nov. 8 to compete at the NCAA Central Region Championship.
