ALVA, Okla. - The Great American Conference has released the annual 2025-26 preseason coaches poll, voted on by the conference coaches. The Northwestern Lady Rangers enter the year picked seventh.

Harding finished first in the poll with 111 points and five first place votes, which puts them narrowly ahead of Southern Nazarene, who also had 111 points, but only four first place votes. Southwestern was the only other team to receive first place votes, as they finished with 106 points and three votes for first place.

Southeastern came in fourth in 79 points, while Oklahoma Baptist was not far behind in fifth with 76 points. East Central received 66 points in sixth, while Northwestern got 58.

Arkansas Tech rounds out the top eight with 53 points, with Henderson State not far behind in ninth at 50. Southern Arkansas received 43 points for 10th place, while Ouachita Baptist got 11th place with 24, and Arkansas-Monticello got 12th with 15 points.
