SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - Northwestern Oklahoma State Women's Golf opened their spring season closing the Rattler Invitational on Tuesday. The Rangers placed 15th overall in the invitational finishing with a 982 from the three rounds 325-331-326.

Overall St. Mary's won the tournament with a 882. Savannah Dupre led the way winning the individual board with a total of 210. 

The Rangers were led in the tournament by Tess Linden placing tied for 34th overall in the invitational with a final total of 237 (84-74-79). She finished the tournament with 29 pars for the three rounds. Linden had four birdies in the tournament. 

Second for the Rangers was Romane Lacoste who had four birdies in the tournament through three rounds. She added 26 pars through the three rounds as she finished tied for 46th overall. Finished with a 240 in the tournament after a 78-81-81. 

Agathe Lacoste was third for the Rangers and finished tied for 58th overall in the invitational improving in each round after starting with an 83-81-79 for a total of 243. She had 25 pars for the three rounds, with a total of five birdies which was the Rangers highest.

Sofia McElroy ws fourth for the Rangers after finishing the tournament with a 264 (84-88-92) tied for 81st. McElroy finished with four birdies in the tournament, second on the Rangers, while adding a total of 19 birdies. 

Fifth for the Rangers was Kelsey Hoy-Pollard finishing tied for 83rd with a total of 267 (90-91-86). Hoy-Pollard had 14 pars in the tournament, along with two birdies.

The Rangers return to action on March 3rd-4th with the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invitational in Edmond, Oklahoma at the Kickingbird Golf Course.
