PITTSBURG, Kan. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State men's track team competed at the Pitt State Tune Up yesterday in their final weekend meet before the Great American Conference Championship meet.

In the running events, Northwestern was lead in the 200 meter by Anotida Madondo who clocked a time of 21.74. Aiden Bailey and Leonel Heredia also competed in the event finishing with times of 22.97 and 23.06 respectively.

In the 400 Northwestern Oshea Johnson lead Northwestern with a time of 48.85 followed by Easton Hamar 48.88. Adrian Olmos came away with a fourth place finish in the 800 meter recording a time 2:00.31 leading the way for the Rangers. He was closely followed by teammates Zachary Cox and Tyrese Bishop who finished fifth and sixth place respectively with times of 2:02.27 and 2:03.22.

Tristan Meeker took part in the 1500 meter run clocking a time of 4:33.57. Coy Bullard took home a fourth place finish in the 5000 meter with a time of 16:10.80 to lead the Rangers in that event.

In the field events, Malakhi Straker put on a strong showing for the Rangers with a 10^th place finish in the High Jump recording a jump of 1.97 meters. Zachary Bentley competed in the Long Jump and recorded a jump of 6.27 meters.

Ethan Burns represented Northwestern in the Javelin throwing 42.69 meters. Brock Burgeois competed in the Discus event recording a throw of 43.87 meters and the Shot Put throwing 14.17 meters.
