ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's Basketball was defeated by Arkansas Tech University Saturday afternoon by a final score of 70-69.

Individual Leaders
  • T'aries Taylor lead the Rangers in all around scoring on the day as he finished with 25 points.
  • Adrian Motley also posted a solid stat line with 16 points, nine rebounds, three assists and one steal.
  • Zachary Dumas contributed to the offensive effort with 10 points, and five assists.
     
Game Changer
  • Both teams came to battle in this conference match-up this afternoon as the halftime score would reflect that as the Rangers held a two point lead over the Wonder Boys at 30-28.
  • Midway through the second half Arkansas Tech was able to string together multiple small runs to see themselves up by 10 points as they led 46-36. The black-and-red ferociously battled back but ultimately could not claim the lead back from ATU as the Wonders Boys held on to get the victory at 70-69.
