ADA, Okla. - The Northwestern Oklahoma State men's basketball team was unable to contain the Tigers of East Central this afternoon, falling in the contest 81-62.


Individual Leaders

• The Rangers only had two players in double figures on the afternoon, as senior Laakeem Henderson led the way with 13 on 5-of-12 shooting. He was also 2-for-3 from the line.
• Deiondray Martin was the other member of the team with double figures, putting up 10 in the contest. He was efficient in his efforts, shooting 4-for-6 from the field, two of which were three pointers.
• Sophomore guard, Brandon Green once again had a quality stat line as he posted nine points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Game Changer

• Efficiency was a large difference in the game as the Tigers were just under 54 percent from the field compared to the Rangers 35 percent.
• East Central dominated in the paint with 46 points compared to Northwestern's 26.
• Northwestern was able to outscore the bench of the home team as the Black-and-Red finished with 28, while the Tigers posted 21 on the day.

Up Next

• Next weekend will mark the end of the regular season for Northwestern when they will travel to Arkadelphia, Ark. to take on Ouachita Baptist on Feb. 25, followed by Henderson State on the 27th.
