ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Women's Cross Country and head coach Sterlin Broomfield announced the 2023 schedule for the upcoming season. This will include five meets running from the beginning of September to early October before the Conference meet and later the Division II Regional meets.
The Rangers will start by traveling to Lawton, Oklahoma for their meet in the Aggie Duels hosted by Cameron University on Friday September 8th.
"I am excited about the future of our team this season as a tremendous amount of depth has been added to help bring this program to a new level" stated head coach Sterlin Broomfield.
The following week the team will travel to Missouri Southern in Joplin for the teams second meet competing in the Missouri Southern Stampede.
In the third meet of the season the Rangers will travel to Newton, Kansas for the Muthama-Rogers meet hosted by Bethel College. Northwestern found success here in 2022 winning the meet with a total time of 1:55.29 overall time.
On September 29th the team will travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas for a meet hosted by the University of Arkansas on Friday.
The final meet before the conference is the Great Plains Challenge hosted by McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas.
After a couple weeks the Rangers will get set for the Great American Conference meet in Russellville, Arkansas on Saturday October 21st. The NCAA meets will be held on November 4th (Regionals) and November 11th (Championships).
