ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State will officially unveil the new track that is located by the Ranger Soccer Field on Thunderbird Road. 

 Northwestern will be hosting the Verne Metcalf Family Track dedication ceremony on Wednesday February 21st at 1:00 PM located at the new track..  

 In 2023 construction on the new track was started for the Rangers' Men's and Women's track and field teams and was completed early in 2024. The two team's have been able to start using the new track over the last few weeks. 

 Everyone is welcome to come out and support the dedication and Ribbon cutting. The Men's and Women's track and field teams are currently competing in their indoor seasons which goes through the middle of March before their outdoor season begins.
