LINCOLN- NEBRASKA - Northwestern Oklahoma State closed out the Nebraska Tune-up meet with a strong indoor meet for the Rangers. Led by Gabriella Hall who set her new school, and personal record for the Rangers while reaching the NCAA D2 qualifying mark for the long jump.
In addition, the Rangers had 31 personal bests and multiple season bests including both relay teams.
Diamond Hilton led the way for the Ranges in the 60M as she was one of six athletes for the Rangers placing in the top 10 in the event. Hilton ran a 7.86 for her new personal record and placed third overall in the event. Darianne Thompson was sixth overall with a time of 8.05. Anayah Green and Tiauna Buchanan ran their new personal records in the 60M event.Â
In the 60M Hurdles, the Rangers had three compete in the event all finishing with personal records. Olivia Sipos led the way with a ninth-place finish and a time of 9.75. Green and Taylor Bass finished with a 10.58 for 10th place and Bass had an 11th place finish with a time of 11.65.
The 200M event was competed by Diamond Hilton placing sixth overall with her season best in the event of a time of 25.94.Â
Krissalynn Henderson set her new personal record in the 400M event running a 59.90 placing fourth overall in the event.
In the long jump, Gabriella Hall hit the NCAA D2 Provisional standard for the long jump. This was her new personal record, setting the school record at the same time. She placed third overall in the long jump with a mark of 5.71M.Â
In the triple jump, Harmonie Hughes placed second overall in the event with a mark of 11.65.Â
In the weight throw the Rangers had two individuals reach their new personal record with a sixth-place and seventh-place finish. Temi Michaels reached her record with a mark of 13.36M as Livia Bwakali had a mark of 11.39 M.
The two 4x400M relays were both season-best first by Hughes, Henderson, Hamlin, and Hilton with a time of 4:08.00 placing first. This relay was followed by Engermann, Dates, Carrillo, and Buchanan placing second with a time of 4:10.35
