ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's Track & Field athlete James Fincher earned Great American Conference Track athlete of the week for week five with his performance at the KT Woodman Classic in Wichita, Kansas, hosted by Wichita State University.
Fincher paced the Rangers at the meet, setting a new school record for his time in the 10,000-meter run. He took first place in the event with a time of 31:00.47. This time ranks Fincher second in the conference for the 10,000-meter run.Â
The Rangers Men's Track & Field team will be competing at the Kansas Relays this upcoming weekend on April 17th-19th.Â
