ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Men's Track & Field athlete Trevon Hodge earned Great American Conference Field athlete of the week for week five with his performance at the KT Woodman Classic in Wichita, Kansas, hosted by Wichita State University.
Hodge reached the mark for the NCAA Provisional qualifying mark for the triple jump at the meet in Wichita on Saturday. He placed fifth overall in the event. He jumped 14.79 meters to set Northwestern Oklahoma State's new school record. He now ranks third in the Great American Conference in the event and 25th overall in Division II.
The Rangers Men's Track & Field team will be competing at the Kansas Relays this upcoming weekend on April 17th-19th.Â
