SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Women's Track and Field completed the Great American Conference Meet for the season. The Rangers placed fifth overall in the meet, finishing with 53.50 points, and a conference champion in Ashley Low, who won the javelin throw.
Overall, Oklahoma Baptist was the Women's Track and Field champion with 225 points in the meet.
In the Javelin, the Rangers were led by Ashley Low with a mark of 39.25m on her third attempt to win the conference as a whole in the event. She was one of two Rangers to score in the event, joined by Kaylan Swindle, finishing in eighth place with a mark of 32.91m.
Northwestern had two more athletes score in the long jump, led by Gabriella Hall with a mark of 5.60m, placing her fourth overall in the conference. She was joined in the top eight by Hannah Betts, placing seventh in the event with a best mark of 5.37m
Olivia Saner placed in the top five in the pole vault. She finished fifth ranked in the conference with a best mark of 2.75m, tying for fifth.
Jamaira Ross scored for the Rangers in the steeple, placing 8th in the race and scoring for the Rangers. She finished with a time of 11:51.00.
In the high jump, the Rangers were led by Mariya Hamlin with a best mark of 1.63m, to lead the Rangers to a fifth-place finish in the event and scoring for the Rangers.
Next for the Rangers was the triple jump. Northwestern had two athletes score in the event, starting with Jenesis Thomlinson with a mark of 11.54m. She was joined by Gabriella Hall in the top eight with a mark of 11.28m, finishing in 8th.
The 100m was led by Diamond Hilton. She scored for the Rangers after a time of 12.18, placing her fifth overall in the event with that time in the 100m.
The Rangers placed in both relays, starting with the 4x100m relay. This relay team consisted of Brianisha Rolling, Diamond Hilton, Brianna Brantley, and Darianne Thompson. This relay placed third overall with a time of 47.64.
The 4x400M relay placed fifth overall in the event with a time of 4:01.27, consisting of Diamond Hilton, Krissalynn Henderson, Brianna Brantley, and Renaja Engermann.
