EDMOND, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State women's golf team wrapped up the Diffee Ford Lincoln Invitational on Tuesday.
Southwestern won the tournament by shooting 34 above par, while Sophia Blake of Redlands Community College won the individual tournament with rounds of 72 and 70 to finish two strokes above par.
Gracie Doke led the Rangers, as she finished in 16
th place out of 95 golfers by shooting 74 on her first round with four birdies, and 79 on her last round.
Tess Linden also knocked in four birdies on her opening round to finish with 75, and shot 82 in the second round.
Amanda Lane opened the tournament with a round of 77, and finished with 88 in the second round, while
Heather Hunkele shot 90 in the first round and improved with 85 in the second round.
Ava Borne rounded out the Rangers with rounds of 85 and 96.
The Rangers will be back in action on March 23, as they travel to the Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the Hardscrabble Invitational hosted by the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.
