Northwestern to Host Non-Conference Foe Newman

ALVA, Okla. - Northwestern Oklahoma State Women's Soccer (1-3-1, 0-1 GAC) will face off against non-conference opponent Newman University (2-3-1, 0-0 Heartland) tomorrow evening, September 24 at 7:00 p.m. at the Alva Rec Complex.

The Rangers took on arch rival Southwestern Oklahoma State in their opening Great American Conference match-up of the 2015 season that unforunately ended in a 2-0 loss to the Bulldogs in Weatherford, Okla. Despite a 0-0 score line at the half, SWOSU was able to net two quick goals early on in the second half of play which proved to be the difference maker in the contest as Northwestern could not battle back.
