ALVA, Okla. – Two members of the Northwestern Oklahoma State women's soccer team earned accolades for week four of the season, with Elie Dang being named Great American Conference defensive player of the week, and Taylor Annen named GAC goalkeeper of the week.

Dang helped the Rangers secure two shutout wins over Southern Nazarene and Oklahoma Baptist, as she played in 73 minutes in each game while assisting on a Katy Jo Werner goal against the Crimson Storm.

Annen racked up 18 saves in the two wins, giving her four clean sheets on the season and her second time being named GAC goalkeeper of the week this season. Annen also picked up an assist in the 3-0 rout of Southern Nazarene for the first point of her Ranger career.

The Rangers will be back in action on Sept. 26, when they take on East Central at the Alva Recreation Complex at 11 a.m.
