ALVA, OKLAHOMA - Northwestern Oklahoma State Head Softball Coach Casady Webb has announced she will be stepping down as the Northwestern softball coach.

"I truly appreciate the work that Coach Webb put in during her time at Northwestern. Her teams competed hard and were excellent players, people, and students. Coach Webb is a hard worker and coach and always put her best forward for Northwestern. I wish her the best as she continues her career." stated Director of Athletics, Brad Franz

Webb has been with the Rangers for three seasons after being hired in August 2022. She has coached five all-conference players to the Great American Conference second team in those seasons. Her 17 wins in 2024 were the most for Ranger Softball since the 2017 season.
