Bryant said his greatest success was competing in the best NAIA football conference of the 1980s and 1990s, the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Conference.  His performances against conference opponents included 28 career receptions, 426 yards and three touchdowns vs. East Central University, the 1993 NAIA National Champions; 22 career receptions, 311 yards and two touchdowns against Northeastern State University, the 1994 NAIA National Champions; and 20 career receptions, 232 yards and one touchdown vs. Southwestern Oklahoma State University, the 1995 NAIA National Champions.  He was selected All-OIC in 1992, 1993 and 1994.
Bryant had 1,904 career yards, 14 career touchdowns and is third in career receptions for Northwestern with 136.  His first reception of his senior year was not only his 100th career catch but also a Northwestern and national record 99-yard touchdown reception vs. Missouri Valley College in 1994, his greatest memory of playing at Northwestern, he said.  Until the 2010 football season, he also held Northwestern records for most receptions in a game, 12 vs. East Central in 1992, and most receptions in a season, 62 in 1992.  He was named Honorable Mention NAIA All-American in 1992, received the Tom McDaniel Scholar/Athlete Award in 1994 and was listed on the Vice President’s Honor Roll from 1992 to 1995.

Bryant is a case manager coordinator and program director at Bill Johnson Correctional Center and has been a high school football official with the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association for 14 years.  He and his wife, Melissa, live in Alva with their daughters, Riley and Dru.
