In two short years (1989-90) Ranger football quarterback Victor Williams helped rewrite the way Northwestern football was played, setting records that stood for nearly 25 years.

Victor previously held seven Northwestern records under center, many holding for 20-plus years.

He held three single-game records including passing attempts (63), completions (39), and yards (425). He also held three single-season records, which include completions (197), yards (2,604) and touchdown passes with 17.

In 1989, Victor was named Oklahoma Intercollegiate Conference Player of the Year, District 9 Player of the Year, NAIA National Player of the Week vs East Central, NAIA Playoff participant, and  Honorable Mention All-American as a quarterback, all while being the nation's fifth leading passer. In 1990 he was selected to the 2nd Team All-OIC (QB).

Victor earned a spot on the President's Honor Roll in 1990-91 showing that his hard work on the field payed off in academics as well.

Before becoming a powerful quarterback under center for the Northwestern football team, Victor spent two years at Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif. In 1988 he set the single season record for least number of passes intercepted with five.

Victor’s career at Fullerton also highlights the best completion percentage in school history at 67 percent and is the 3rd All-time leading passer.

Following his playing days and upon graduating from Northwestern in 1991, Victor became an Account Executive for an Advertising Agency from 1992 to 1996.

For the next two years, he returned to his hometown of Fullerton where he was a teacher and football coach at Fullerton Union High School.

From 1998-2000 he worked for Financial Solutions Equipment Leasing Company while also assisting the football team at Fullerton Community College.

He would then decide to venture out on his own in the financial services business where he has been self-employed now for 16 years.

Victor and his wife Pamela now reside in Orange, Calif. They have three children, Victor, Renee, and Aaron.
